a fantasy flower (so called because it does not exist in nature)...
We learned how to make daisies...
I also learned how to make a rose...
So I made a bunch and put it on top of this cake...
I feel like I learned a lot and I am taking another class next month. I am so excited.

Kelli, these are amazing... i can't wait to see you on TV one day with your own pastry chef show... when you have your big house, make sure Chris builds you an office and a big kitchen so you can start your own business... you are talented - I mean it!

I'm hungry! Great Job! THese look so good. I'm impressed. When you come to DC I'll take you to see Ace of Cakes (Charm City) in Baltimore! Duff had better watch out.
