Pay it forward

So a friend of mine posted this on her blog:

The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you. This offer does have restrictions and limitations:

1. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2. What I create will be just for you.
3. It will be done this year. You may have to be patient.
4. You will have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be poetry or maybe even some creation I haven't invented yet. I may draw or paint something. (you better pray that I don't). I may bake you something and mail it to you. I may even sew something for you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
5. I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.

Oh, the catch is that you must re-post this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who comment on your blog.

So I was number two on the comments, so I need to pay it forward. So the first five comments on my blog will get something created by me!

Happy Birthday Kasey!!!

Our little baby turned 2 on Tuesday. He got to start off his birthday celebration with separate parties with both sides of the family on Saturday. So when all was said and done he got three parties! He got a couple of books which are his favorite thing in the world at the moment. I constantly get brought books during the day. He also got a small little people set. He is our water baby and got bath toys from everybody and a sprinkler from Mom & Dad. Luckily the weather cooperated so he got to play with it.One of the good things about three parties, multiple cakes!!! I made two of the same cake and on his actual birthday he got a huge bowl of ice cream. He even blew out the candles all on his own.I think he liked the cake. On his birthday, Chris was able to take part of the day off so we went to the zoo. This is Kasey looking at the giraffes.
The highlight was the train ride. This is Kasey sitting there saying "go." Hoping the train will start any second. What you can't tell is that he is also bouncng in the seat.
Of course would a birthday be complete without some love from his big brother?
After we got home we got to enjoy the weather some more.It was a great birthday! I am so not ready for my baby to be two. It seems like it has gone by so quick. We love you Kasey! Happy Birthday!!
