Twilight, New Moon & Eclipse
I know I haven't blogged in a couple of weeks, but that is because my wonderful husband finally took the kids so that I could read. He has already read the Twilight series (in November & December, hence me having the kids so much) and told me that I needed to make time to read them. I was really hesitant to read books about vampires and werewolves. Well I loved them. I thought that the stories showed both the good and bad of Bella, Jacob & Edward (who knew vampires could be virtuous). The fights and suspense during all three were great (I especially loved the part with the Volturi in the second & the fight with Victoria in the third, well the whole James thing was great too!). I wish they wouldn't have ended. Does anybody know if she is going to write a fourth in the series and I thought I heard someone mention that they were making a movie? Also, now that I am done with these books, I need something else to read so if anyone has some suggestions please let me know. I love to read, but I get so busy with life that I forget to make the time until I find a really good book. I think I need to make more time for it. In fact I think I will have a goal to read 20 books this year. (hey, 2 down, twilight was in December, 18 more to go). It relaxes me and makes me forget that the laundry needs to be done :)

I too loved the series! In answer to your questions, yes, she is writing a fourth book and there is a movie that is supposed to come out. If you go to her website at www.stephaniemeyer.com you can learn all about it. I too am in need of another good book to read now.
So, I also have been very hesitant to read about vampires but I have heard from everyone how good they are. I plan to read the series sometime in the near future!
I am reading a good sociology book about religion in general "how God is not great... religion poisons everything" If you go past the title (which seems to puzzle some), it is a great analysis of all the religions in the world and how in fact they are all linked to each other and based on the same dogma and belief... and fear. The author is from DC. I recommend it as a good reflexion on life in general.
